4F is a major Polish sportswear brand that, having been extremely successful in Poland, entered into a rapid expansion plan during the period 2014-2018.   It became a client of JWA when it decided to open its first stores in the Czech Republic and then Slovakia during the end of 2014/beginning of 2015, and whilst the agency was charged with executing the opening campaign for both the opening of the new stores in the Czech Republic and then each store’s ongoing marketing campaign, Jo was in overall charge of marketing strategy for both the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

JWA and Jo worked for 4F for four years up until the end of 2019.  During that time, whilst Jo oversaw the work of JWA in the Czech Republic and a sub-contracted agency in Slovakia, she also liaised with the Polish head office on a daily basis with regard to each step of the marketing strategy, including:

  • Planning the annual campaigns for all stores
  • Managing budgets
  • Identifying, negotiating and entering into sponsorship opportunities
  • Identifying, negotiating and entering into partnerships with social media influencers
  • Overseeing the booking of all advertising (print, online, outdoor, in mall, etc) campaigns
  • Advising on all marketing materials and preparing text for marketing materials in English (website, corporate brochure)
  • General marketing consultancy
